Short Biography

Manolis Karadinis was born on January 20, 1966 in Koridallo (suburb of Athens). He attended the music school of Theodoros Derveniotis at the age of 7 and subsequently continued his studies with the renowned Themi Papavasiliou. He started playing professionaly at the age of 12 and very early on in his career showed great potential on the bouzouki and a myriad other stringed instruments.

Karadinis started off working with well known singers such as: Michalis Violaris, Popi Asteriadi, Rena Koumioti and many more. Over the last few years he has collaborated with Yannis Spanos, Mimis Plessas, Stavors Ksarxakos, George Dalaras, Tania Tsanaklidou, Manolis Lidakis, Pitsa Papadopoulou, Mary Linda, Haris Aleksiou and dozens of other well known artists within Greece. He is considered by his peers as one of the best Bouzouki players in Greece. Karadinis has compiled a few exquisite instrumental cd's. Two popular ones are "Akis Panou. Horis Logia" and "Manolis Karadinis - Solistas Bouzouki"
